RETURNS AND DAMAGES:

Returns are accepted with prior authorization and authorization number only. All returned items should be shipped to us within 10 days of receiving. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns other than damaged or shipping errors may be subject upto a 15% restocking fee. Closeout items cannot be returned. We Offer a 30 Day money back, satisfaction guarantee: All items must be in their original, new condition. Original Shipping & Handling fees will not be refunded. Customer must obtain RA # before shipping item back to us. All returns maybe subject to restocking fee.

Returned items shipped with free shipping are subject to a restocking fee to cover original shipping and handling cost.
